Respond to feedback
If a customer leaves their contact details along with their feedback, you can respond to it. You can also email the feedback to colleagues. Check out our video about how to turn Ranters into Ravers by responding to messages with low scores.
Note: Any replies you send through Rant & Rave will appear to come from the email address you use to log into Rant & Rave.
From the Fast Feedback Dashboard:

In the message ticker or the messages panel, click the message you want to reply to.

Under the message, click More.

In the Actions pane (to the right of the Message pane) go to the Email or SMS tab depending on how you want to reply.
If necessary, you can use a pre-written template to reply to your feedback. Learn how to create message templates.

Click Send.
Tip: Click Notes to read any notes which may have been added to the feedback already, or to add notes for you and your colleagues to see later.
